A local electric company came to XPLANE to co-create a board game for an upcoming leadership retreat. We helped design the learning goals the board game would teach, and then created a completely custom cooperative game that was played by 60 people at an offsite summit. The game is still used as a learning tool, and we even developed an expansion deck of cards to freshen up the experience. 

I was lead designer in creating the gameplay, designed every card, booklet, board, and token, and handled all the printing and packaging logistics. This was one of the most fun and challenging projects I’ve ever worked on.
