Mercy Corps engaged XPLANE to help them create a global 10-year vision, along with a strategy to get them there. Working collaboratively with a group of stakeholders from around the world, we developed this vision map for the entire organization to rally behind. We also created tactical reporting documents for teams to share how their work ladders up to the vision, as well as a supporting journey map showing how they plan to achieve this vision.

I co-facilitated discovery workshops, created and iterated on the design, and illustrated the final products.
